Large Reservations
We consider groups from 10 to 26 guests for large reservations. We will place your group in a semi-private space inside Mediamatic, the Haeckel Room. If your group is larger than 26 people, consult the events page to read about the buyout option.

Payments for Large Reservations
For large reservations, we ask that you pay together on the night or via invoice. If this is not possible individual payments can be made with the consideration that your patience is appreciated as we make our way around the table. For large reservations we ask a minimum donation of €58.50 per person. Further donations are always welcomed and help sustain our vision and community centre.
With more than 8 guests we request that one person pays for all the drinks (invoice or as one after the dinner). Drinks can also be ordered separately at the bar.

Timing
Dinner service always takes place promptly according to your reservation, so we ask you to be on time. You are welcome to join us up to 30 minutes early for a drink beforehand.
Allergies
Please ask your group for allergies in advance and notify us at least a week before your booking.
Drink Tokens
Drink tokens for your guests can be purchased in advance of or on the evening for €4,50 a piece, which applies to our pilsner, house wines, shots and non-alcoholic drinks. See payment conditions below.
Drink Pairing
We offer a unique wine pairing composed of natural and low intervention wines chosen to accompany every menu of the week. This comes at an additional price of €37,50 per person for a full pairing, €25 for a pairing of half glasses or €9 for a glass from the pairing.
Alternatively, we offer homemade non-alcoholic drinks to accompany the menu for €25. Home-made non-alcoholic glasses are also available at €5,50 per glass.

Cancellations
We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before cancelling your reservation, as we work with circular models to reduce our waste to as little as possible. This is crucial for our values.
Allergies
Please let us know upon making your reservation of any allergies or a week before you dine with us at the latest.
