TestTafel is now at Mediamatic
Last spring we moved our restaurant to the art centre Mediamatic, just a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. TestTafel can now grow by interacting with cutting-edge artistic practices and residencies, the to-be-renovated fermentation and aquaponics labs and the garden.
More than just a plant-based restaurant, TestTafel Mediamatic is going to be a creative hub, a development kitchen, and a community-driven space where food, art, and sustainability come together.
